Weekends we do not see clients or potential clients as we are then occupied with the smooth running of actual functions.
APPOINTMENTS TO DISCUSS/PLAN YOUR FUNCTION:
Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 7:00 pm.
Clients are requested to adhere the following conditions of service carefully to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and disputes during and after the function.
Deposits and installments:
Every year our prices will increase and is effective from the 1st January each year.
A deposit of R1000.00 is non-refundable deposit and that is to secure your booking.
The balance should be paid during the period or before your function takes place.
Venue:
The doors don't open until the client is present or otherwise stated.
Setting up of extra tables and chairs during the function will cost you extra per person.
The client should see to that they arrange their own boxes for gifts.
Anything that is being served extra the client should arrange that it get and hour before at the hall for preparation. Any breakages done by the guest's the client will be held responsible.

BASIC CATERING
is where the caterer supplies all:
crockery, cutlery, stem-glasses, rectangle table cloth, watching overlays, silk flowers & serviettes, centre piece, stage decor, red carpet, arch and aisle. This also includes endearmints, crackles and punch. Clients supply thier own starter, main meal and dessert.
FULL CATERING
Includes everything stipulated in basic catering + Caterer supplies food (starter, main and side meals and dessert of choice). Leaving the client free to enjoy their guests.
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:
1. All tables and chairs to be hired and paid for by Client if NOT supplied by Hall.
2. R1000 Non-Refundable deposit to be paid on signing of contract.
3. Full Balance Payable 2 week prior to Function.
4. Vat to be added to totals.
5. Hall to be booked 3 hours prior to the function and 2 hr thereafter.
6. Maximum duration of Actual Function 3 hours. Lunches to start @ 12 to 12.30 am.
7. Caterers are NOT RESPONSIBLE for cleaning of hall i.e. Mopping/sweeping of hall.
8. Client held responsible for any breakages of Crockery + glasses.
9. Arranged times for eg. Opening of doors, serving, arrival of bride, ending of function, etc. should strictly be adhered to.
10. Caterer are not responsible for damages or lost at venue premises

General:
1. When you contact us: Leave your name, telephone number, date of function, also short message (eg. Fax menu, new /final appointment, return call, etc)
2. On deciding to make use of Barron's Caterer's, make an appointment to see us and to view our portfolio. On signing of contract we accept R1000.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
